Hi Michael,

Thanks for this. The manual is now in good shape for release.

Just wanted to remind you that I generate the Changelog from the cvs
comments, so if you write no comments, the changelog will not be
clear. Also a reminder to commiters, there's no need to append entries
to the Changelog, for the same reason.

I wanted to ask, why did you remove the --nonet option for the
Makefile. I'm not sure it makes any difference, but why the change?

I removed the --nonet option for my own purposes. I booked that change
in by accident. The recommended build procedure never worked for me,
but getting the stylesheets from the Internet (which is what happens
without --nonet which means "no network stylesheets") does work for
me. Restore the previous version if you like. I think it would might
work for everyone without --nonet, though.
