I verified that opcodes can be loaded using the GBS distribution of
Csound 4 on Linux.  One simply specifies a comma separated list of
path names of files that are shared libraries which contain opcodes
using the --opcode-lib= option.  Has anyone had trouble
with opcode loading on other platforms?
