Not, it's not portmidi code, it's code to accept MIDI
messages in
PD (using the API).

Thanks. Did Search, and I have no other pd.lib
except in zipped files. I tried rolling Pd, also TCL/TK up and down with
different versions, but still no joy for csoundapi~. If midi is new,
does mingw build require portmidi perhaps now?
