I thought we had agreed that when a normal Windows (.exe) install was done,
complete with environment variables, that *none of these warning messages
would appear*. (This was certainly my understanding, and I'd like again to
lobby that this be the case.) I did such an install.

I'd thought that even a check for Python had been added so that its warning
message would not appear either.
