What's happening with "All Notes Off" is that all instruments are sent a
"tied-note" zero duration to a linsegr - *even notes that aren't on.* In
other Csounds, this just prompts a bunch of "can't find tied note" messages,
and things otherwise proceed normally; could be causing a problem in Csound5
Linux. Let me know if you find out more.
