Configure your notification preferences

Only recent change in ableton opcode is

1fe04236a (jpff           2018-02-04 21:14:48 +0000  79)   uint32_t ifa_flags;

Not clear how this would change things -- need to see what it was early

Cannot but y hands on earlier code just yet
