There is a target (generateZip=1) in scons today. It generates a zip file
containing all Csound 5-only sources (no Loris except the Loris opcodes)
including CsoundVST, plus prebuilt binaries for Windows. It would be easy
to break this target into 2, one for sources only, and one for sources plus
prebuilt binaries for Windows.

Creating scons code to produce a src tarball would be reasonably
trivial.  The question seems to me more what should be in it.  All
Loris?  All csoundVST? OSC? Portaudio? where does one stop?
