[Cs-dev] cosseg opcode

Subject[Cs-dev] cosseg opcode
I have just committed code for the new opcode cosseg in both a- and
k-rate.  basically it is just like linseg except it uses cosine
interpolation to smooth the abrupt transitions.

I have tested the a-rate version but not the k-rate yet.  No
documentation yet either
