It should be noted that scansyn and scansynx are not licensed under
LGPL, and so should not be rolled into LGPL libraries.  Scanned
synthesis belongs to Interval Research, and csound is especially
licensed.

I do not think they should be removed, just placed in a loadable
library not with other opcodes.  Perhaps Rick B will have an opinion
on this.
