Hi all, I'm curious if the --sched option for linux is still working for csound5. On a piece I'm working on, if I use csound4 with: csound --sched -W -d -o dac ambiences.csd it runs without any buffer underruns. With csound5 and using: csound5 --sched -W -d -o dac1 ambiences.csd I get buffer underruns reported from portaudio. I was under the impression that using --sched with csound5 didn't have underruns in realtime and that something has changed to make it otherwise. Anyone else notice this? Thanks, steven |

I am not aware of any changes with --sched but then I have never used it. ==John ffitch |

Hi John, Thanks for the info. I'll spend some time tonight diagnosing to see what's going on. steven jpff@codemist.co.uk wrote: > I am not aware of any changes with --sched but then I have never used it. > ==John ffitch > > > |
