Hi,

There's a bug in csound5gui on the Mac.  The heartbeat (-H) pulldown menu is not
initialized in the "General" tab of the "Csound performance settings" window.  Performing
an orc/sco results in an error:

unknown long option: '--1582186029'

After it's set, things run fine, but first time users will be confused.

If this is the case, Jim?  Can you set the option and include  
csound5Gui in your -R9 intel release?
It's not there currently.  Andreas, is this all that needs to be done  
to at least fix csound5Gui for the macintosh?

It would be nice to have Winsound there too.... It Always worked in  
the previous releases for the mac.

Csound5GUI is currently broken on OSX. It will always display
that message no matter what you do.

Csound5 (OSX GUI) and Winsound work as before.

OK, the initialization for the heartbeat character was commented out, so
it should be initialized now.

Maybe the other problems are similar, since they seem not to occur on
linux? I'll have a look.

As far as the FL keyboard opcode is concerned, it might
just a case of add buildVirtual=1 to scons. Can you check it builds it?

Maybe SConstruct should be changed to look for the stk headers in the
standard places (non-standard places can be specified in custom.py)
instead of somewhere inside the csound tree. Should I do (not do) it?
