Now it runs, but I am not getting a clean exit
from the performance with, say, ctrl-c.

Whenever I try to stop csound, it stops with
a 'csound tidy up:segmentation fault'.

This did not happen before the changes (or with
my local ones).

It can be tested with the same CSD I sent.
