I have published a piece composed by me for Csound with the assistance of artificial intelligence on Bandcamp. This is the first in a planned series of such compositions: https://michaelgogins.bandcamp.com/track/glass-garden. What distinguishes my approach from others is embedding the AI (both the connection to the LLM and the prompts) in a Csound .csd file such that the responses are collected and used in the performance, leaving an archivable and re-usable record of prompts and responses on the filesystem. The system admits of iterative improvements to a piece. To enable this I have written the modelprompt plugin opcodes for Csound 7, available here: https://github.com/gogins-dev/csound-ac/tree/master/modelprompt. Michael, This is such a beautiful piece. You seem to have found a fantastic writing partner... Lennon and McCartney meet Gogins and Claude. Absolutely love this - and it is wonderful to have all your prompts, too. Thank you (and Cursor, I think) for writing and sharing.
