[Csnd-dev] Repository declutter root folder

Proposing some file/folder reorg for better tree structure, this may not all be possible:
* Android moves to platform/android and existing platform/android is renamed to platform/androidcross * Bela moves to platform/bela * Daisy moves to platform/daisy * DockerFiles is either deleted (I think it's not used) or moved to platform/dockerfiles (it's all platform related) * Java, Python and Lisp are moved to platform * Zynq is moved to platform/zynq * iOS is moved to platform * doc and docs are consolidated (sorry that one's one me that latter docs plural) we need to disambiguate doxygen docs from repo or technical documentation. And also move config.doxygen to that new folder as well if possible. * wasm is moved to platform/wasm-wasi and existing platform/wasm is renamed platform/wasm-emscripten * Submitting_opcodes.md is moved to docs/ * longline.c and sliders.tk get a new home (not sure where?) * _codeql_detected_source_root is deleted (looks accidental?) * /.travis.yml is deleted * vcpkg.json and vcpkg-86x.json moved to platform if possible * azure-pipelines.yml is deleted * format.sh is moved to scripts/ folder but we keep /.clang_format (later we may enforce linting standards with it and it's the right place) Unimportant: we have 3x util folders, maybe some consolodation possible, but it's been like this for so many years. etc folder is also not used, it contains csoundrc examples, maybe it's more of a documentation and etc/ChangeLog we move to Release_Notes ? |

Stupid outlook sent the message before I could finish it.
I meant we could have an attic directory for stuff we don't want to delete but don't want to see in the root of the repo. I have one locally for that.

Looks good - but I think Java, Python, Lisp should have a separate subfolder - languages/? wrappers/? Something else?
We'll keep platform for hardware/software platforms.
