Today, sourceforge is refusing to allow downloads from github actions - giving 403 response.

This is affecting all builds using VCPKG packages that download from there and the MacOS 
installer build (for the LAME lib download).

Does anyone know how this can be fixed? It just seems to have come out of the blue. It’s OK
to access the packages from my machine - sourceforge serves them OK but not from a github
action.

Replacing sourceforge by a github repo worked for LAME in the case of the MacOS installer build.
VCPKG builds still suffering though.

When this happened last, didn't it require either updating the vcpkg
version or updating our custom vcpkg definitions?

I had a look and the VCPKG ports involved are all from the VCPKG repo, so we have to wait and see how they handle it.

I checked and there was at least another github project affected by this. Someone commented it might be to do with SF rate limits.
