[Csnd-dev] CI again - vcpkg failure

It looks like it's a week for CI breakages.
Now it looks like vcpkg is failing to do its job.
Does anyone have a clue on how to fix it?
Example from one of the CIs

Never mind - looks like gitlab is offline so any dependencies can't be downloaded.
