yes it is only visible when logged in; that's the reason i did not find it.
tarmo just released alpha testing versions for csoundqt7, and i 
understood that they include the csound build.  so for normal users, 
this would be the way to go, as long as cabbage and blue are not updated 
for CS7.

We're hoping to have another method to make actual beta releases directly from CI. Rory knows more about it and I think Werner was investigating how to do this.

I have been working on setting up binaries for my own project.  I'm planning on doing something similar for Csound.

I have this working for Cabbage 3. Each time I push to my dev branch my actions script publishes a public release. But from what's I've seen of Werner 's contributions so far, I think he'll probably put together a better system. If not we have a fallback option. It would be great to have these artifacts available to users without a GitHub account.

Csound7 only. I don't think it will ever support 6, nor will Cabbage 2 support 7...
