It fails for me with
CMake Error in src/jackops/CMakeLists.txt:
  Target "jacko" requires the language dialect "CXX20" .  But the current
  compiler "GNU" does not support this, or CMake does not know the flags to
  enable it.

What next?

In any case, the plugins repo will need to be adjusted for the new module API.
