Hi All,

FYI I noticed today that there's a CSD test that's failing
(test3.csd). I noticed it's not only failing locally but also on
Github Actions, but the build is still green and passing there. I
noticed this while reviewing a PR but looked and found it seems to
have been happening for a while so I'm continuing with the PR review
but filed a separate issue to track fixing both that Actions isn't
failing correctly and to fix the issue around that test.

test3.csd was introduced to catch the multiple assignment regression and has been failing since
it was introduced. I’ve been keeping an eye on csdtests and unit tests while doing the PRs.
