are because you don't have Python 2.5 installed.
This one
WARNING: could not open library 'C:\Csound5.06\plugins\osc.dll' (-1)
because you don't have liblo.dll (should have been installed by the installer,
you will have to ask Michael Gogins)
and this one
WARNING: 'C:\Csound5.06\plugins\csladspa.dll' is not a Csound plugin library
because csladspa.dll is not a plugin library, it's a LADSPA plugin and
should not have been installed in the plugins directory. (you can just
move it out).
