It looks like, in order to work properly,
csound has to be built with noFLTkthreads=1 on
Windows XP, otherwise graphs & widgets will not
work together.

The virtual keyboard never works with graphs or
widgets; I assume because it is not single-threaded.

Anyway, for the next release, we'll have to build
single-threaded FLTK, so that it is guaranteed to
work.

The thing is that the multi-threaded csound FLTK code
does not conform to FLTK's guidelines, so the fact that
it works (on Linux only) is actually a bit of luck.
