| I will change the .i file setup so that there is one main .i file for all wrappers, with a language-specific .i file that simply includes the main .i file. This is necessary because of the way SCons refuses to build more than one target off the same target declaration.

The callbacks related to graphs are still wrapped, as well as all
C interface functions.
