I *think* that the new parser now works with respect to if_then and th
elseif and else variants.  It works on the manual example ifthen.csd
and four other examples I have written.  I would appreciate anyone
trying it.

That might be the last real parser stopper.  Optimisations needed of
course and quietening some of the messages.
