I have booked into GIT the Lua opcodes for Csound (should build and
run on Windows and Linux for x86 architectures, if LuaJIT 2 is
installed).

I have also begun the process of updating the Windows build system for
current configurations of Csound and third party packages.

There are two example csds in the examples/opcode_demos directory.

I have not yet updated the Csound manual with a new page for these opcodes.
