ATScross and ATSadd, at least, ignore the noise
component completely (they only resynthesise the
sinusoidal components).

The tracks opcodes do not separate noise and sinusoids,
but retain some of the noise components as
"pseudo-sinusoidal" tracks.

PV/PVS are phase vocoder (bin-frame), so noise/sinusoids
also get bundled together.
