I noticed that the code for creating old format PVOC files has been commented out in pvanal.c. Does this mean that support for this format can be removed everywhere, and only PVOC-EX should be kept ? Also, I see that functions defined in OOps/pvxanal.c are not used anywhere other than the pvanal plguin; can this code be moved from the engine to util/pvanal.c ? ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by: NEC IT Guy Games. No; we need to retain the ability to read the older format, but not to write it. I consider it an axiom that we must not break older pieces. Now we are using the plugin format certainly code should migrate. It does not surprise me that parts of OOps/ should now be in util/ ==John ffitch ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by: NEC IT Guy Games. Please make sure that deleting all this does NOT bust several fantastic chapters from the Csound Book. on 6/5/05 5:55 AM, Istvan Varga at istvan_v@fibermail.hu wrote: > I noticed that the code for creating old format PVOC files has been commented > out in pvanal.c.
