Don't forget you'll need libsndfile (www.mega-nerd.com)
at least. Portaudio if you want ASIO, portmidi if you
want it and FLTK 1.1.7 if you want widgets.

You'll need Python 2.5, scons and the latest swigwin (this
last one if you want to build the interfaces lib.)

under the hood, all you need is the MinGW compiler and the source which 
you can download from the sourceforge website.
