With the dirent fix (did not know that had been incorporated) and
removing the -fabi-version it still cannot build csmodule.c; complains
about stuff in csoundOpenLibrary I think.  Hard to tell as the mac
does not seem to have all the tools I expect.  I think it was
NSObjectFileImage and NSObjectFileImageReturnCode area.  Will try to
check when I have a gap.
