Jut added this to What_is)_New.txt in cs6

  A number of oscil opcodes no have the f-table parameter as optional,
  defaulting to the internal sine wave.
  (oscil1, oscil1i, oscil, oscil3, oscili, foscil, foscil1,
  loscil, loscil3)

Hope that is what was requested.  Tell me if I missed any opcode like
this.  I think I did the same for the Physical Modelling opcodes.

In csoundFTFind it used to say a negative table is an error; now it
returns the internal global table, allocating if necessary.  So -1 is
a valid table number in code but not in score f statements.
