Any chance that lorisgens.C could be renamed lorisgens.cp or lorisgens.cpp?

MacOS (and Windows) filesystems are case insensitive and the CodeWarrior IDE
that I use cannot distinguish between .c and .C extensions.  Thus, it tries
to compile this file as C and not C++.  (1)

(1)  I have checked a compiler option to force C++ compilation but that
affects the entire target.  I am not sure if that is a good idea ...
