Hi All,

In investigating an issue regarding mpadec getting linked to all the
libs here (which may be related to it being a .so and not a .dylib), I
saw that we have gen49 have conditional code that will include mpadec,
but gen49 is not in its own module lib.  Is there any way to move
gen49 into the same module that mp3in and mp3len is in? Otherwise,
it's really the only dependency that gets linked to libcsound besides
libsndfile which is odd.
