Summary: Drop OLPC code base and paths

Initial Comment:
OLPC no longer uses a cut down custom version of csound (called at the time OLPCSound). All recent olpc OS releases use csound 5.10.1 in Fedora 11 or 14. In Fedora 15 we're moving to 5.12.1 or 5.13.0 (pending the fix of the compile issues in other bug). There's no longer a need to have any of the "if buildOLPC" style directives. I'll do my best to attach a patch to this report to assist in the cleanup as time permits.

Message:
OK; will remove OLPC special cases as I adjust things.

Does also relate to reorganisation of opcodes
