The -+raw_controller_mode option is available for a while, but I have just changed it yesterday to initialize the controllers you mentioned to zero. Note that this option exists for the purpose of disabling all default GM compatible behavior, so if you turn it on, you will no longer have sustain pedal, reset controllers, all notes off and so on: they will be just controller 64, 121, 123, etc. without any special meaning.
