while playing with Steven's new sliderbox+keyboard
I realised that FLTK is again causing problems as
I could not run the keyboard and widget opcodes at
the same time, on Windows. I seem to remember that
these were working before, at least on Linux and OSX 10.3
as I played a moog synth with FLTK cotnrols from the
keyboard.
I also thought this was OK on windows, but it's broken
now.

I am wondering now whether the changes involving
removing statics caused this.

Would anyone with a Linux or OSX box handy check if this is
working? I will try it on Monday, but I am quite curious
about it.
