I have been tweaking this code.  It appears to work on Linux, at least
in my tests, has problems in OSX, but I would like to know if it is OK
on Windows (and indeed any other platform). 

To test you need to have your net called en0 (OSX), eth0 (Linux) or
wlan0 (*), on Windows I am not sure what happens, an ideally have two
computers both running the same csound.
