Hi All,

I was on IRC with John and Victor today and we've been going through
the Github and Coverity issues trying to figure out what releases
tickets should go to.  There are currently three milestones setup:

6.08
6.x
7.0.0

6.08 will be the next 6.x release.  6.x is for tickets that can be
worked on within the CS6 codebase but are not yet scheduled.  7.0.0 is
for tickets that require changes planned or already implemented for
7.0, and can not be done using features in CS6.

I did a walk through of the tickets and did some assignments to
milestones.  If you're on a ticket and think it should be moved to
another milestone, feel free to comment on that ticket.
