Hi Developers,

Upon doing repeated anonymous checkouts from CVS today to check various 
things, I noticed that there's a HUGE folder (8.6 megabytes!) called 
tutorial in the main source tree.

While this is undoubtedly a very helpful component to have, I really 
would like to suggest that this folder be moved to its own branch of 
the CVS (just like "manual") so that the core application source code 
itself can be more easily and expediently obtained.

At present time, the tutorial folder at 8.6 megabytes accounts for 
approximately 41% of the total space occupied by the csound5 source 
folder.
