Correct, or rather, you can get the latest VST SDK and build it, but we 
can't host the resulting binary on SourceForge.

I have a Windows installer without the VST stuff, and without the STK stuff, 
and another Windows installer with all that stuff, which could be hosted 
e.g. on csounds.com.
