Mike,

I'd be very interested in your trying my

ChimePad - for Android Csound (2012)

with your new Android CSD Player.

You'll find it under the above specific listing at my website, www.arthunkins.com .

The csd is designed to use all of the controls of CSD Player, and includes two sets of chime samples, along with suggestions of how users can substitute their own sample sets. It comes with complete instructions as well.

Please do let me know if it *doesn't* work. Your screen layout is somewhat different from the Csound5 player, but it doesn't look like that should make any difference.

These are all the CSDs I use to test. Trapped, Xanadu, and CloudStrata don't use any plugins. The Csound Haiku all use part of the signal flow graph opcodes. lua_scoregen.csd uses the Lua opcodes to generate a score. A few of these write soundfiles to the sdcard.

These all work on my phone.

I don't have any tests for libstdutils.

I've contacted Iain McCurdy about running these on Android and he seems interested in adding sliders or other controllers to the Haiku. I will do one or two myself just to get started. These pieces are great for showing what you can do on a telephone.

Regards,
Mike

Sorry, but the zip contains sources for your own Android app, not stuff for CSDPlayer (the Csound6 app).

Let me know when you have it fixed, or just email me the zip file, I do want to try this.

Mike
