This is simple, I think. You need to update with

cvs update -dP

otherwise new additions don't get copied to your
repository. If you don't want to build bits like the
interfaces lib, just give scons the option (you can
list them with -h).

> 'interfaces/python_interface_wrap.cc'. Stop. ...
