You expect an old man like me to remember? Well I am certain that I
renamed kdump to dumpk as we (I _think_ DrB and myself at his house?)
were trying to arrange that variable names did not clash with
opcodes. Indeed we also renamed kread. I have a slight memory that
not all of these opcodes were complete, and I added some code or
formats, but that could be something else. There is no kdump in the
1988 sources (before my time in Csound) and there is in 3.30

Probably best credited to Barry

==John ffitch

(apologies for the malformat of my mail; emacs beta is broke and I am
attempting to use an earlier system)

Thanks John,
I've credited both you and Barry Vercoe for the opcodes and gave "1999
or earlier" as the date....

Cheers,
Andrés
