Somebody has committed InOut/rtpa.c with a changed signature for 
paBlockingWrite, without committing the corresponding changes in 
pa_blocking.c. Please fix!

That would be me -- confused over two machines I guess.  But they are
consistent on my machine.   Probably best to go back one level on
rtpa.c until I get the Mac system running.
