Hello Vic,

re-compiled with the locks and while it seems to run much stabler, there appears to be a heavy CPU tax on inchannels/outchannels so that Cecilia sliders become very sluggish. I will go back to my previous build for the paper presentaiton tomorrow at DAFx. We can perhaps work on it later this week.

I have added mutex locks to tclcsound threading, in CVS now.
Perhaps Jean might want to try it in Cecilia to see if it does
anything at all (good or bad).
