Hi all,

Anyone have any success compiling PortAudio v19 snapshot on cygwin on 
windows?  I get tons of linker errors and I haven't figured out what's 
going on.  Seems like the hand-built configure script doesn't add files 
from pa_win directory as part of the build (I think they're necessary).  
Anyways, any help here would be appreciated!
