Summary: several images in the 5.13 manual are corrupt

Initial Comment:
the following images all have Carriage Returns added to Line Feeds

        600px-Chua's_circuit.svg.png
        delayk.png
        engine.png
        gen16_types.png
        linen.jpg
        noise-filter.png
        Poisson_distribution_PMF.png
        poisson_equation.png
        toot07.gif
        toot08.gif
        toot09.gif
        transeg.png
        virtualkeyboard.png

I've attached a small Python script that fixes all of these files.

Message:
steps to reproduce:

    download latest Windows version: Csound5.13.1-gnu-win32-d.exe
perform normal installation (I installed to c:\Csound)
    go to C:\Csound\doc\manual\images folder
    open delayk.png

On Windows 7, the default program is Microsoft Photo Viewer - instead of
showing the delay diagram, an error message will be shown:
"Windows Photo Viewer can't open this picture because the file appears to
be damaged, corrupted, or too large."
