I copied liblo.dll to my run directory (lettucefinal), and got the same
error messages and warnings as before, except with this new line added:
WARNING: could not open library 'C:\LETTUCEFINAL\liblo.dll' (-1)
I guess I should try to run things from the actual 5.06 directory, maybe
from Csound5GUI.
