I made some bug fixes to the vst4cs (VST plugin hosting for Csound) code in
SourcForge CVS for csound5. The Cheeze Machine.dll plugin now makes sound,
and does not crash. Polyphony sort of works. There is a high-pitched whine
on some notes -- no idea why, but it happens with various plugins so must be
caused by the vst4cs code.

I also made the zip file generation optional in SConstruct.

Good. Now most plugins are loading properly here as well, but curiously,
they seem to be producing no output. It`s odd, blockfish, which loads
fine on my old sources crashes with the new sources, while claw that
crashes my old sources loads fine now. Maybe these two plugs hold the
key... I'll have a better look tomorrow, and I'll start the bank and
program loading routines.
