On Windows, you need to link with a number of Windows libraries. Check with
the csoundvst gui target in SConstruct to see how to link.

Speaking of which, I tried compiling my examples on a mingw platform 
with no success. I will try again today at work, but if anyone else has 
managed, please share the details! ( They work on my home machine. )

The only csound include file I need on linux is csound.h, and I link 
against libcsound.
