Steven, I've modified your opcodes a bit (using the ENVIRON *csound first 
argument to SUBR). I plan to add my fluidcontrol opcode and a flag for 
printing presets in loaded soundfonts -- probably early next week.

Then I will remove my opcodes from CVS.
