I thought he was suggesting, in addition to -c, the additio of a clean 
target in Scons that would do what cleanup.sh does. Python has great stuff 
for operations on files and directories.

that would be a better solution IMO. Even the existence of the  
cleanup.sh is downright confusing from an OSX build perspective.
If it can't be handled with -c (I remember Victor mentioning something  
that wasn't being cleaned - that should be fixed in he next version if  
not already)
then surely it can be done specifically via a CLArg.
